"Used about one month. The unit turns on and has good batteries but nothing flows Don't waste your money! The regular squeeze bottle works better"
"We had an older version of this battery operated sinus irrigator. Dropped and broke it, thought this replacement would be at least as good. Alas, not at all; this two speed update has a much weaker spray and doesn't work as well. I'm going to try the electric version and see if we can get the same result we had from the old battery operated one."
"I purchased this after my third sinus surgery. The water doesn't empty all the way, there's probably a half inch of water left in the bottom every time. It leaks. Doesn't seem to have enough power. The NeilMed sinus rinse squess bottle works so much better than this thing. I was really excited to try this, very disappointed. Waste of money."
"Just bought this thing a couple days ago because my Navage died on me and I didn't want to spend another $100 on another one when this one was SO much cheaper. I had no idea that this one would be so much better than the Navage!! Don't get me wrong, it's a fine product, but there is so much more upkeep to it, special (expensive) pods to buy for it, and it's actually much more difficult to use than the ads imply. I've only used this one twice and it's just a game changer, I'm not even kidding, I'm breathing better than I have in a long time of using the Navage. I'm not saying this to dis that product or anything, but they have to get their stuff together because NeilMed just kicked em where it counts!"
"Loved the first unit I purchased years ago. I used it for a number of years until I dropped and broke the casing and nasal stick. The newer two-speed motor unit isn't as effective, and quit working within a year. Frrst the low speed went out, then it quit altogether. I'm very disappointed with the performance of the "new and improved" model. Love the overall design of the single-speed unit, but quality and durability seems to have gone out the window."
"Bought brand new unit the blue reservoir cup is broken."
"This is a great product, however, I ended up purchasing a third unit. The blue reservoir cracks easily upon the lightest impact on the sink while washing. They should sell a replacement reservoir cup so I can have backups in case of breakage."
"It would be better as electric. I feel I get a better nasal rinse using the plastic bottle."
"I totally agree with Linda E. Lose the batteries."
"Best of the best products have been using it for years and years with wonderful results"
