"Have tried ordering from this company several times. Shipping is always well over a month even though they say within 2 weeks. Customer service is just as bad and will tell you items have shipped but can give no tracking number or information."

Just doesn’t work.
"This product just did not work for me. I bought it from my piercer for my forward helix piercings. Within a few days the area had swollen up to the point that the piercings were being pulled under the skin which was very painful. So I switched to homemade sea salt in boiled water on a hot compress which brought the swelling down over a few hours. Then I went back to the spray only for the swelling to come back. So back to hot compresses. And literally repeating the cycle until I gave up and stuck with the homemade solution. Every time I tried to go back to the spray they would just swell up again. Really frustrating especially when it’s so expensive."
